This information is collected so that we can process orders, manage bookings, send invoices and comply to statutory regulations.

When do we share information?

We hold the data internally. A minimal amount of information is shared with Trustpilot to collect customer reviews and feedback on our behalf in order to improve the customer experience; and with third parties where necessary to manage your class bookings and comply to statutory regulations. When opted in to Marketing, we use a vetted third parties to distribute our promotional material.

How long do we keep information?

We store data for a minimum of 24 months (where no order has been placed), to a maximum of 7 years since last order (to comply with statutory regulations).
